icon-suspension-2019-2023-ram-1500-stage-4-system
Icon Suspension 2019-2023 Ram 1500 Stage 4 System

The ICON Suspension 2019-2023 Ram 1500 Stage 4 System is engineered for top performance and designed specifically for dedicated drivers. The focus of ICON engineers is to improve wheel travel and damping ability, resulting in precise vehicle control and smooth rides on and off the road. This system includes custom-built 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV remote reservoirs that provide exceptional cooling properties. The ICON-manufactured coil springs offer an unparalleled "feel" throughout the entire range of travel. These coilovers are also adjustable up to 3" for a front lift, allowing for the use of larger tire and wheel combinations. The longer-than-stock length also enhances performance by increasing front wheel travel. The tubular Delta Joint upper control arms not only add strength and durability, but also maintain factory alignment specifications and increase caster, resulting in proper wheel alignment at the lift height provided by this system. The dual-rate rear coil design offers a softer ride height spring rate with support deeper in the travel.

TECH DATA:

Increased wheel travel and ride quality over stock with no change in towing capacity

Vehicle specific tuned front and rear shocks for superior damping and vehicle control

Adjustable remote reservoir coilovers yield 2-3" of front lift height over stock

2.5 Series front coilovers with remote reservoirs for improved shock cooling and performance

Corrosion resistant CAD plated coilover shock bodies with 7/8" shafts

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint ball joints for added strength, durability, and alignment spec range

2.5 Aluminum Series rear piggyback reservoir shocks with 7/8" polished shafts

All shock absorbers equipped with CDC Valves for 10 settings of compression damping adjustment, from soft to hard

Dual rate rear coil springs improve performance and ride quality while providing 1.5" of rear lift

6061 Aircraft grade aluminum CNC machined components

FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection

100% Bolt-on system - no drilling, cutting, or welding necessary for install

DOWNLOAD INSTALLATION GUIDE

DOWNLOAD INSTALLATION GUIDE

WARRANTY

TECH INFO:

OEM Wheels & Tires Fitment: Yes

Recommended Aftermarket Wheels: ICON Alloys - 18x9" w/ 5.00" Backspace / 0mm Offset

Recommended Aftermarket Wheels: ICON Alloys - 20x9" w/ 5.00" Backspace / 0mm Offset

Recommended Aftermarket Tires: 35" x 12.50" (fender trimming and modifications will be required.)

APPLICATION NOTE #55: Shocks are fully serviceable.
